Facts about the tracker:
- The Tracker has 6 stages within the flight, they are;
- Aircraft not connected, not parked... - This means that the tracker cannot find your flight online, double check that your callsign is correct, you are parked at a gate at the correct airport and you have filed the correct flightplan then leave for a minute to search for your flight again.

- Online and ready for departure - This means that the callsign, flightplan and departure airport are all verified and correct.
- Departing - This means that you have tookoff or are taxing to takeoff.
- Cruising - This means that you are climbing to cruise or are at the cruise stage of your flight.
- Approach - This means that you have started decending and are nearing your arrival airport.
- Arrived - This means that you have landed and are taxing to the gate or are parked at the gate.
- Do Not refresh or close the tracker page until after your flight has been automatically submitted, the tracker will update automatically every 60 seconds.
